Dr. Elgozy has been practicing medicine in Florida since 2007, bringing a wealth of expertise in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He graduated from the Staten Island University Hospital residency program, where he honed his skills in providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Elgozy serves as a medical officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he continues to apply his medical knowledge and leadership skills in support of his fellow service members. Ricardo "Rick" Saiz is a seasoned Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in the field. Since 2004, he has dedicated his career to providing exceptional patient care, and for the past 10 years, he has been an integral part of our team.
Rick is known for his friendly and approachable manner, making him a trusted resource for our patients. He is committed to delivering high-quality care and is available every Saturday to ensure that our patients receive the support they need, even on weekends.

Opal Lowe, MSN, FNP-C is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing, committed to providing holistic patient care. She began her healthcare journey as a Registered Nurse in 2015, where she developed a comprehensive skill set that enables her to effectively meet the diverse needs of her patients.

Our relative new comers have meshed with our core staff to form what I like to consider a "family" within our Family Practice.
